Postural analysis


 Why is posture important?

Forward head posture occurs when your head is away from your body's anatomical position. For every cm your head is away from your Alanto-ocipital joint there is a 2.5kg extra load placed on the cervical musculature, which transmits down your spine and loads the vertebral joints of your neck and spine. This may also present as headaches, lower back pain and change the stability or mobility or the supporting joints.

Lose weight and tone up


Corrective movement ensures you execute every exercise with the the proper technique, this works the muscles in the way they were intended to be used creates the correct movement pattern.  Once this is corrected, your body will start to lose weight and tone up. Its similar to running, if your ankle is not correctly dorsi or plantar flexing how can you improve running speed, without addressing the underlying issues.
