As an accredited exercise physiologist, we can conduct either in home training exercise treatment plans or at our studio, which enables us to provide a comprehensive assessment of our clients needs. We work within the ESSA Framework and understand the importance of Patient centered care, and holistic and integrated approach to service from initial consultation, assessment, trial and application. We are proficient in comprehensive functional assessments which ultimately forms the foundation of a plan review.
We offer services under Capacity Building budgets and are registered to provide excerise to manage the impact of your disability by improving your health and wellbeing
Exercise Physiologists see people for the management of complex chronic conditions and provide specialised exercise based treatment for cardiovascular, metabolic, pulmonary, neurological, psychological and musculoskeletal conditions
These conditions include: obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure & cholesterol, heart disease, cancer, stroke, MS, Parkinson’s disease, chronic lung conditions (COPD), asthma, arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain & chronic fatigue, falls and balance and many more.
