Why is posture important?
Forward head posture occurs when your head is away from your body's anatomical position. For every cm your head is away from your Alanto-ocipital joint there is a 2.5kg extra load placed on the cervical musculature, which transmits down your spine and loads the vertebral joints of your neck and spine.
